Own full-lifecycle recruiting for teams across Charm, partnering with hiring managers to plan and execute high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines. Source proactively using social networks and LinkedIn Talent Solutions, manage interviews and candidate communications, and ensure hiring stays compliant with federal and state regulations. Help standardize interview guides, document recruiting processes, and collaborate with the People Team to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience. Onsite 50% of the time.
