Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Live Nation’s interests throughout design and construction.
  • •Participate in design coordination meetings and review drawings, specifications, and submittals for completeness and constructability.
  • •Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and key milestones, supporting budgeting, change order management, and cost forecasting.
  • •Coordinate permitting activities, attend OAC meetings, and maintain action/decision logs and issue tracking.
  • •Support FF&E procurement and installation, commissioning/turnover, punch list completion, and project closeout; conduct site walks and recommend risk solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of construction project management experience, preferably in entertainment, retail, or hospitality.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
  • •Understanding of construction methods, materials, sequences, and architectural/construction drawings and specifications.
  • •Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred; experience reviewing RFIs, submittals, and change orders preferred.
