LN Concerts, Assistant Construction Manager – Venue Development

Manage venue construction activities for new and existing locations across the U.S., representing the company through design and build phases. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants; review drawings and submittals; and track schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones. Support change orders, cost forecasting, permitting, FF&E procurement, commissioning/turnover, and punch-list closeout, while collaborating across multiple internal teams and traveling as needed.
