Key Responsibilities

  • •Support lot operations by preparing and staging vehicles for sale (including stickering, marking, and moving using tow truck or forklift).
  • •Scan the lot and record vehicle movement using electronic devices to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • •Assist with vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles, adding fluids, and adding air to tires while verifying vehicle status.
  • •Remove personal property from vehicles and confirm vehicle identification details (mileage, make, year, VIN) for accurate record-keeping.
  • •Communicate with shop and operations teams to keep inventory flow efficient from check-in to the auction sale line, and maintain safe working conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license that meets role requirements.
  • •Ability to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes/models and sizes, including tow trucks, forklifts, and the service truck.
  • •Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
  • •Obtain and maintain forklift certification.
