Analyst - Corporate Actions

Join the Corporate Actions Team to validate, risk-evaluate, process, and reconcile corporate action events across trading venues. You’ll monitor incoming corporate action information, interface with clearinghouses, banks, clients, and depositories, and help analyze instructions and reconcile books and records. The role also supports system enhancement work for existing/new products and markets while collaborating with internal teams to improve corporate action systems and automated workflows.
