Job Summary

Rotate through assigned tasks in the Urbana sawmill workspace while maintaining safe, efficient production. Help keep the site clean by performing manual work such as shoveling, lifting, and carrying boards and debris, often in dusty environments. Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and take responsibility for contributing to a safe work environment. This is a full-time permanent Monday–Friday role.

•Rotate through various job responsibilities and tasks within your assigned workspace on an hourly basis.
•Perform manual work such as shoveling, lifting, and carrying boards and debris while contributing to site cleanliness.
•Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
•Contribute to a safe work environment by taking responsibility for safe practices.

Key Requirements

•Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
•Ability to perform repetitive, manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
•Ability to work around environmental exposure, moving mechanical equipment, loud noise, and dust.
•Experience in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment is a plus.
•Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers.
