Job Summary

Lead the strategy and delivery of Emerson’s enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer 360 capabilities. Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog; drive data modeling, identity resolution, governance, and cross-system alignment across CRM, data platforms, digital systems, and analytics to create a unified, trusted customer view and enable data-driven engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the enterprise Customer Data Platform
•Lead the evolution of a Customer 360 data model, aligning to operational and analytics needs
•Prioritize features based on value creation, data impact, and stakeholder demand
•Explore and analyze customer data models across multiple source systems (CRM, Data Lake, etc.)
•Define canonical data structures and relationships to support a unified customer view

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Data Product Owner, or Business Product roles
•Strong experience with customer data domains (accounts, contacts, hierarchies, interactions, etc.)
•Proven experience building or scaling Customer 360 / Customer Data Platform initiatives
•Experience across multiple systems and data platforms (e.g., CRM, MDM, data lake/warehouse)
•Deep understanding of entity resolution, identity matching, and data modeling concepts
