Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy available resources to satisfy passenger and operational requirements arising during each duty period.
  • •Ensure service suppliers are briefed on EK requirements and deliver timely, efficient service so passenger expectations are met.
  • •Control expenditure on food, beverages, and consumables while meeting passenger needs, and identify development areas with the Airport Services Manager.
  • •Respond to passenger queries and complaints in an efficient and timely manner to restore passenger confidence, and ensure accurate completion of reports and statistical data.
  • •Lead and motivate lounge agents through coaching and guidance, conduct regular lounge self-audits using IAuditor, and support menu tastings and recommended menu updates with the catering supplier.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 4 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or premium food and beverage operation.
  • •At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial position within hotel or restaurant operations.
  • •Proven experience leading service teams while maintaining high food, beverage, hygiene, and presentation standards.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English and Russian, with flexibility to work shifts; must have the legal right to live and work in Russia and the company will not help with work permits.
