Job Summary

Lead and manage the regional Search Operations team for TikTok’s Search Ads, ensuring services meet core values, policies, and quality standards. Drive localization of policies and strategies, BPO quality management, QA, RCA, and data analysis through improved workflows and SOPs. Partner with product and R&D teams to optimize search strategies and user experience, while training new projects and strengthening coaching and inclusion across the team.

•Lead, manage, recruit, and develop the regional search operations team to maintain high-quality standards.

•Continuously evaluate outcomes, manage performance, and optimize workflow and SOPs for productivity, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
•2+ years of experience as a Team Lead/Content Manager/Technical Lead with solid people-management skills.

•Strong communication in English (written and verbal) and the ability to train/coaching while working independently.
