Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders, ensuring effective internal communication and consistent delivery to the client.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slip, and forecast/update key milestones for multiple projects.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems; apply best practices across projects and ensure approved design standards are correctly implemented.
  • •Manage interfaces between suppliers and local design teams using monthly trackers and weekly reviews; respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs; support cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience working with mechanical systems in the built environment.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across teams.
  • •Background in design or construction with mechanical or BMS controls experience, or experience supporting quality control processes in a vendor equipment factory.
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents (specifications, contract drawings, equipment submittals, RFIs) and tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, Project, and Smartsheets.
