Job Summary

Work as a client-first, sales-driven Personal Banker in a branch, guiding individuals and small business clients through deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness needs. Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in person and by phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and related products, including deposits and lending offerings.
•Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while leveraging leads, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
•Develop relationships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience) (required).
•1+ year experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and creating referral sources (sales is more important than financial services experience).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfort with small business clients, including overcoming objections and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
