Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend to maintenance requests (breakdown, planned, and other types) relating to guest rooms.
  • •Report and follow up major and minor repair and maintenance tasks for guest rooms.
  • •When recurrent defects occur, suggest and coordinate alternative solutions with the team leader and superiors.
  • •Keep electrical panels, storage areas, and access leading to the roof locked.
  • •Comply with relevant technical services department policies, processes, and standard operating procedures; request support as needed.

Key Requirements
