Own day-to-day operations for a 24/7 global Cyber Defense Centre, monitoring and analyzing client security logs to detect incidents, report events, and conduct threat hunting. Tune MSSP/SIEM capabilities with client stakeholders, manage unresolved incidents through resolution, and recommend system changes. Use endpoint protection and enterprise detection tools to perform analysis and forensics, while maintaining and improving SOPs, documentation, and automations to enhance security delivery.
