Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as part of a global 24/7 Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) team on rotational shifts to monitor and analyze client security logs.
  • •Tune the MSSP platform and client SIEM with stakeholders to improve detection, analysis, and reporting.
  • •Perform security incident detection and response, including threat hunting, malware analysis, and network/computer forensics.
  • •Generate continuous improvement ideas and identify opportunities for automations to enhance client and service delivery.
  • •Adhere to SOPs and run books, maintain and update documentation, and manage unresolved incidents until resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 6+ years of SOC experience with seasoned SOC analysis operations.
  • •Seasoned knowledge of SIEM usage for investigations and monitoring security tools.
  • •Strong understanding of security architecture and how modern computer systems and networks can be compromised.
  • •Experience handling security incidents end to end and dealing with technical support to clients.
  • •Experience configuring and managing security controls such as SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, SOAR, and Honeypots.
