Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning, review, and execution of technical assessments for dry utilities infrastructure across Dubai Holding developments.
  • •Ensure utilities infrastructure is integrated within master plans and supports phasing strategies, cost assessment, constructability review, and operational efficiency.
  • •Provide technical advisory input to master planning and urban planning teams on infrastructure implications from land-use changes, density adjustments, and VAS proposals.
  • •Manage third-party developer interfaces (RFIs, utility allocation requests, NOCs, and infrastructure approvals) and coordinate timely responses.
  • •Coordinate with government authorities and service providers (e.g., DEWA, RTA, Dubai Municipality, Empower, Etisalat, du, Dubai Civil Defence) to advance approvals and facilitate delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited university.
  • •Master’s degree in Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, or Project Management is preferred.
  • •PMP, Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, or equivalent professional accreditation is an advantage.
  • •12–15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure planning, design, and utilities coordination for large-scale real estate or master-planned communities.
  • •At least 5 years in a senior managerial role overseeing infrastructure planning delivery and coordination across multiple projects/developments.
