  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) and Workforce Management solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • •Serve as functional lead for Time & Labor, driving solution design for time entry, time calculation rules, overtime, scheduling, shift differentials, labor costing, and approval workflows
  • •Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and business stakeholders to design scalable workforce management solutions aligned with Oracle leading practices
  • •Collaborate with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR teams to ensure seamless integration, workforce compliance, and accurate payroll processing
  • •Mentor junior staff and contribute across multiple engagements
