Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Program Manager on mega rail transportation programs delivered via various delivery methods.
  • •Develop and maintain program management plans covering program controls, design management, risk management, safety management, quality control, and environmental compliance.
  • •Perform independent review of program progress, including schedule review and analysis, and provide solutions to program issues.
  • •Support, empower, and lead staff development (mentoring, training, coaching, and professional development) to deliver on time and on budget.
  • •Lead overall delivery team performance and manage successful execution of major transportation projects, including monitoring expenses, performance, and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •PE License in CA (or ability to obtain).
  • •Extensive Design-Build or Progressive Design-Build project delivery experience as a Program Manager.
  • •15+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience delivering public rail transportation infrastructure programs with construction costs exceeding $1 billion (preferably Heavy Rail Transit).
