Job Summary

Lead mega rail transportation program delivery on behalf of clients, serving as Owner’s Representative, Delivery Partner, or independent PMO. Own program management planning across controls, document design, risk, safety, quality, and environmental compliance, and drive schedule review, progress oversight, and solutions to program issues. Manage delivery team performance, mentor staff, partner with public and private stakeholders, and develop business opportunities while monitoring cost, profitability, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a Program Manager on mega rail transportation programs delivered via various delivery methods.
•Develop and maintain program management plans covering program controls, design management, risk management, safety management, quality control, and environmental compliance.
•Perform independent review of program progress, including schedule review and analysis, and provide solutions to program issues.
•Support, empower, and lead staff development (mentoring, training, coaching, and professional development) to deliver on time and on budget.
•Lead overall delivery team performance and manage successful execution of major transportation projects, including monitoring expenses, performance, and profitability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 340,000 - 375,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
•PE License in CA (or ability to obtain).
•Extensive Design-Build or Progressive Design-Build project delivery experience as a Program Manager.
•15+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience delivering public rail transportation infrastructure programs with construction costs exceeding $1 billion (preferably Heavy Rail Transit).
