Job Summary

Lead architectural work supporting building design delivery within schedules and budgets. Perform foundational architectural/engineering calculations, prepare specifications and reports, and maintain coordination with design and drafting groups. Prepare, review, and approve drawings and conceptual designs, and support development of new architectural methods. May coordinate technical activities across disciplines and help train and evaluate architectural and design/drafting personnel, including on data center projects.

•Under the Supervising Architect’s direction, independently perform advanced technical assignments, and assist in training and evaluation of architectural/design/drafting personnel and development of new architectural methods and techniques.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) / Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch) or related field.

•Hands-on experience in data center projects.
•Experience working on building projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and hospitality developments.
•Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and strong verbal and written communication skills.
