•Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience through guest connection and technical product education, supporting the team with feedback and coaching.
•Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
•Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store.
•Partner with the General Manager to build the Sales & Service strategy for the store and execute it with the Sales & Service team.
•Review, monitor, and partner with the General Manager to manage budget, reporting, and business metrics (e.g., expenses and sell-thru), supporting quarterly sales planning.

•Ability to work a rotating roster across peak trading periods and weekends, with constant movement in and around the store.
