Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop pharmacy teams, driving engagement, productivity, and accountability while completing onboarding, training, and probation reviews.
  • •Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure adherence to Aster service protocols, including improving customer feedback and Google review generation.
  • •Manage inventory and compliance by monitoring stock movement, expiry, shrinkage control, replenishment planning, audits, and corrective action.
  • •Drive digital adoption and timely fulfilment for online, aggregator, and express orders, leveraging MyAster and D365 dashboards and supporting automation initiatives.
  • •Own store P&L performance and grow revenue, profitability, prescriptions/non-prescriptions, and beauty/wellness category contribution while promoting MyWellth and home delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • •Valid MOH/DHA/DOH or HAAD/SHA Pharmacy License.
  • •Minimum 4-6 years of retail pharmacy experience, including 1-2 years within Aster Pharmacies.
  • •Experience managing sales performance, inventory, customer service, and team development in a retail environment.
  • •Ability to drive store P&L, KPIs, and operational excellence across multiple store functions.
