Job Summary

Join the Lab team in Yokneam to support IC Product Engineering for next-generation data center networking infrastructure. You’ll execute stress flows and unit acceptance, operate lab equipment (testers, environmental stress tools, HTOL ovens, oscilloscopes, power supplies, analyzers, and multimeters), and run ATE test programs with first-line debug. Document failures, troubleshoot setup issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to debug product issues and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute and track stress flow activities, unit acceptance, visual inspection, flow validation, debugging, and document results for engineering teams.
•Operate and characterize lab equipment, including testers, environmental stress setups, HTOL ovens, oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic/spectrum analyzers, and multimeters.
•Run ATE test programs and perform first-line debug (e.g., 2D Shmoo).
•Troubleshoot setup issues and support resolutions (e.g., sockets cleaning, pressure adjustments).
•Perform HW acceptance and bring-up/validation, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to debug failures and implement solutions.

Key Requirements

•Practical Engineer Diploma or Technician in Electronics (or other technical diploma) or equivalent experience.
•At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a hardware or reliability lab environment.
•Proven experience with lab equipment and board-level debugging.
•Good technical English for reading datasheets and writing reports.
•Strong problem-solving skills and a teamwork approach.
