Job Summary

Join Dyson as a Network Technical Specialist focusing on deploying and supporting Cisco and Meraki networks across Dyson spaces in APAC. You’ll validate partner test plans, perform network test validation, drive implementation and regression plans, and work with the Network Architect on roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Dyson’s standards and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform Dyson’s Cisco and Meraki network deployments and operational support.
•Validate third party delivery partner test plans and results to ensure compliance.
•Perform network technical test validation of functional and non-functional requirements.
•Validate and/or create network implementation and regression plans where applicable.
•Support post go-live testing to ensure the technical solution meets Dyson’s network standards and designs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Cisco and Meraki deployments, support, and validation.
•Highly experienced and hands-on for Meraki products, Cisco SD-WAN and SDA deployments.
•Extensive technical knowledge in LAN, WAN (MPLS), Cisco Wi-Fi, Cisco data centre LAN, telephony, ISE, DNAC, network monitoring tools, firewalls, and cloud connectivity methods; cloud platform a plus.
•Create and review high-level and low-level designs for Cisco and Meraki networks
•Cisco/Meraki certifications (CCNA/CCNP) and Meraki certifications are advantageous
