Regional Manager

Lead Fever’s Australia + New Zealand region by creating and managing an events team “from A to Z.” Own regional P&L, define growth strategy, and ensure sales performance, customer excellence, and event operational quality against KPIs. Build local connections, manage key partners, negotiate and close business deals, coach team members, and represent Fever across cities while reporting performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
