Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and lead the Australia + New Zealand team (Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouters, etc.) to develop and manage events end-to-end.
  • •Own the region’s P&L, define regional growth strategy, and drive sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality against KPIs.
  • •Build Fever’s local portfolio of experiences using data analyses to ensure market penetration.
  • •Manage and grow major local partners; negotiate and close business deals.
  • •Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members; report performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly and represent Fever locally.

  • •10y+ experience with a project management, startup, or consulting background
