Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, supporting safe work practices and escalating safety concerns.
  • •Inspect, repair, replace, reassemble, test, and perform preventive/corrective/unscheduled maintenance on Truss Drivers and related equipment.
  • •Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment, calibration devices, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings; operate and test repaired equipment to confirm quality and compliance.
  • •Perform on-site metal fabrication and welding as required, and provide technical support to customer mechanics and field teams.
  • •Accurately record maintenance and repair activity in MaintainX and support product/equipment improvement efforts with field feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade qualification required; Diesel Fitter qualification preferred.
  • •Construction or jobsite experience with heavy machinery/similar equipment; drill rig experience is highly desirable.
  • •Troubleshooting capability across hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, controls, encoders, CANBUS, linear transducers, PLCs, or similar technologies.
  • •Experience with heavy equipment diagnostics, including CAT, Cummins, or similar platforms.
  • •Welding and fabrication capability, plus a valid driver’s licence and current construction White Card.
