Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct risk assessments and support security policy and emergency response plan development.
  • •Manage access control systems, credentialing strategy, protocols, and monthly audits in coordination with security technology professionals.
  • •Lead investigations into breaches, thefts, and security incidents.
  • •Lead loss prevention activities, including theft deterrence strategy, loss trend analysis, and audits.
  • •Direct physical security operations (camera coverage, shared space patrols, gated entry monitoring, and tailgating prevention) and serve as a liaison for resident security and community relations.

Key Requirements
