Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain a comprehensive map of data center and powered land opportunities, prioritizing long-tail providers
  • •Own the full sourcing lifecycle for each relationship, including identifying and reaching out to providers, supporting negotiation, and ongoing management
  • •Develop sourcing relationships across neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independent operators
  • •Independently evaluate new sites and spaces to determine fit and priority
  • •Prepare business cases and cost analysis with Finance support, and maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and commercial terms while providing market intelligence to the Supply team

Key Requirements

  • •Build and maintain a large network of long-tail supplier relationships rather than closing individual transactions
