Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L1 operational support for wealth management platforms, including initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of production incidents and service requests.
  • •Perform smoke testing (SOD/EOD/SOW/EOW/Weekend/DR/Release) and monitor incident queues and application alerts using tools such as APV/Catchpoint/Dynatrace.
  • •Manage job scheduling and job failure investigation using Control-M or similar schedulers, and support releases and configuration deployments.
  • •Support Salesforce and Microsoft platforms, including user access, permissions, role assignments, workflow/integration/application issue troubleshooting, and static data updates.
  • •Conduct RCA, coordinate with vendor/support teams, maintain DR documentation, support off-hours/weekend coverage when required, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a technical, business-facing role within a financial institution or similar environment.
  • •ITIL certification and familiarity with ITSM processes.
  • •Salesforce Administration experience, including SOQL, Flows, and Lightning.
  • •Knowledge of ServiceNow processes and incident/change management, including user access and permission management.
  • •A college/university degree (BCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science preferred) or relevant proven work experience.
