Decorate cakes and pastries to customer specifications and design themes, ensuring consistent uniform results and high-quality Cold Stone standards. Operate and maintain cake and soft-serve equipment safely while following health, hygiene, and fire-life-safety procedures. Prepare and assemble products, manage inventory and display freezers, support sampling and product sales, and keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift.
