Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules aligned with production requirements, equipment capacity, material availability, and customer demand
  • •Own and maintain a comprehensive maintenance master schedule by analyzing equipment needs and preventive maintenance requirements
  • •Optimize scheduling processes to maximize equipment utilization and minimize downtime
  • •Collaborate with procurement/inventory to ensure availability of critical spare parts for maintenance
  • •Lead scheduling projects and analyze downtime trends to improve overall workflow efficiency

Salary: USD 62,500 - 100,625 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent
  • •Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance and reliability experience
