Support the startup of R&D and QC analytical laboratories in Wilson by developing, validating, and troubleshooting analytical test methods for raw materials. Execute USP verifications and testing to support engineering/validation batches, qualify analytical equipment, and transition RM testing from R&D to QC for commercialization. Maintain data quality and workflows in LIMS, produce reports and internal documentation, and partner with cross-functional teams on lab capabilities and results interpretation.

•Perform raw material USP verifications and method validation, including protocol generation, testing, and report writing.
•Execute raw material testing and support release activities for engineering and validation batches for new product transfers into Wilson.
•Support the transition of raw material testing from R&D to QC laboratory for commercialization, including personnel training and procedure generation.
•Support analytical equipment qualification and troubleshoot/improve existing methods, procedures, and instrument hardware/software.
•Set up stability studies in LIMS and prepare internal documentation and laboratory policies/procedures for approval prior to production start-up.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry (or related field) plus at least 2 years of laboratory experience, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
•Experience with laboratory equipment including HPLC, GC, ICP-MS, Karl-Fischer, polarimeter, UV-VIS, FTIR, Raman, viscometer, and Rotap sieve analysis.
•Experience performing USP testing (wet chemistry and related parameters such as ROI/LOD/conductivity).
•Understanding of separation mechanisms, chromatography, and interpretation of results.
•Proficiency with MS Windows and tools including Access, Excel, and Word.
