Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and understand the client's business processes and translate this into architectural solution proposals.
  • •Design solution architecture and technical structure for complex ServiceNow implementations.
  • •Advise on best practices, platform utilization and technical roadmaps.
  • •Ensure integration strategy with external systems and data structures.
  • •Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure solutions are built in line with the architecture.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience with ServiceNow, across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, App Engine, IRM or CSM.
  • •Experience as a solutions architect, technical lead or equivalent in complex IT projects.
  • •Strong understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP API), data modeling and security principles.
  • •Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Certified System Administrator are a plus.
  • •Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent written and spoken communication skills in Norwegian and English.
