Job Summary

Own end-to-end sales for public-sector accounts across the Middle East, building a growing portfolio of ministries and government-linked entities. Lead complex engagements through procurement, tenders, RFPs, and multi-stakeholder approvals while coordinating delivery with Engineering and Deployment. Identify opportunities aligned to national digital transformation and voice AI strategies, negotiate and close contracts, and provide weekly KPI updates. Serve as a trusted advisor on compliance, localization, and responsible AI deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a growing portfolio of government and public-sector accounts across the Middle East to meet revenue goals.
•Lead complex government engagements end-to-end, including procurement cycles, tenders and RFPs, and security/data-residency reviews.
•Identify new business opportunities aligned to ElevenLabs’ product offering and roadmap for national digital transformation and voice AI strategies.
•Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in collaboration with internal teams, advising on compliance, localization, and responsible AI deployment.
•Track KPI and sales performance, and provide weekly updates to the wider team.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of sales experience in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment, with a proven record of meeting/exceeding targets.
•Experience selling AI or advanced technology solutions to governments in the Middle East, navigating public procurement, tendering, and vendor-registration processes.
•Deep understanding of government requirements and regulations in the region, including data sovereignty/residency, cloud and cybersecurity frameworks, procurement law, and localization mandates.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders from technical evaluators to ministerial leadership.
•Professional proficiency in Arabic.
