Key Responsibilities

•Build Trust and Presence in the MedTech startup ecosystem by embedding Emerson within priority U.S. MedTech accelerators and serving as the primary interface to accelerator leadership, mentors, and cohort companies.
•Reduce barriers to entry for early-stage R&D engineers by creating startup-focused onboarding motions, hardware configurations, software bundles, reference architectures, and accelerator-aligned licensing.
•Enable startup scale, validation, and investment readiness by guiding scalable test architectures, supporting investor due diligence, and accelerating time-to-market through optimized workflows and reusable NI software.
•Lead the commercial conversion motion from evaluation to purchase using predefined configurations, pricing, and procurement paths, coordinating with NI Sales and BU leadership.
•Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, applications, and sales teams to mitigate friction for startups and ensure startup-friendly experiences.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's in engineering or other technical discipline
•5+ years of professional experience in technical business development
•Experience with NI Technology
•Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
•30% travel required
