Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the Agentforce adoption program for Service Cloud end-to-end, including portfolio-level tracking, deployment velocity, blocker resolution, and go-live reporting.
  • •Set and operate the program cadence with product, FDE, CSM, and PS teams (daily for first 100 customers, then weekly/bi-weekly as it scales).
  • •Intake field customer feedback and close the loop with inbound product managers within a week.
  • •Identify what is blocking FDE, CSM, PS, and partner teams from running the deployment playbook and fix it.
  • •Build and maintain the deployment playbook and track adoption metrics, communicating clearly to executives and partnering with product leadership.
