Job Summary

Lead assembly, integration, and testing activities for the Nyx Cargo Capsule Earth projects, managing the AIT team’s execution, plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure AIT processes are continuously improved, coordinate closely with Quality, design, and program teams, and drive anomaly resolutions during integration and tests. Oversee reporting, risk assessment, and test readiness reviews while aligning GSE design/procurement with operational needs and setting up AIT facilities and the team in Munich.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute AIT activities for the Cargo Capsule Nyx, leading engineers and technicians while supporting hands-on operations.
•Manage AIT plans, sequences, and procedures with AIT experts; maintain schedules and deliver end-of-operations/test reports.
•Coordinate with design and program teams to achieve cost- and time-effective integration and test processes; ensure alignment between GSE design/procurement and operational needs.
•Drive resolutions of anomalies during integration and tests; propose improvements and fixes for blockers and problems.
•Manage AIT budgets and resources, support equipment procurement and hiring, and perform risk assessment with Test Readiness reviews and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 85,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Advanced engineering degree (Master or PhD).
•10+ years of experience in the aerospace sector, focused on executing late-stage projects.
•10+ years of experience in the AIT of aerospace vehicles.
•Experience setting up AIT facilities (plus).
•Organized and rigorous with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
