Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a CRM Adoption & Pipeline team, setting priorities, accountability, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Own the Microsoft Dynamics business roadmap for CMS, including process standardization, product catalog management, territory alignment, and adoption.
  • •Govern global CMS pipeline management standards to improve data quality, opportunity management, and pipeline transparency.
  • •Modernize sales reporting using Power BI, automation, and AI-driven analytics for exec-ready pipeline health and commercial risk insights.
  • •Lead forecasting, pipeline review, business reporting (MBRs/QBRs/shareholder reviews), and governance for territory/account ownership and coverage model alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •Extensive experience in sales planning, sales operations, revenue operations, or related commercial operations roles.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in complex global matrixed organizations.
  • •Strong CRM platform experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, including business requirements, process design, adoption, governance, and optimization.
  • •Strong knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity governance, account data, territory management, and sales performance reporting.
