Job Summary

Contribute to TikTok’s Ads interface and Platform team by supporting product strategy and operations initiatives. You’ll help analyze market and user behavior, track product and business metrics, and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Partner with product managers, operations, data analysts, and regional teams to support planning, execution, and follow-through, while conducting user research and improving internal workflows, dashboards, and operating mechanisms.

•Conduct user research and analyze feedback to surface pain points and identify opportunities for product iteration and growth.
•Draft and organize strategy documents, operations reports, project retrospectives, and stakeholder presentations.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Strong data analytical skills to break down ambiguous problems and translate data into insight.
•Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
•Able to intern for 3 months or longer and available to work 5 days a week.
•Must commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer-Fall 2026.
