  • •Create and maintain accurate job documentation (measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, work orders) in job management systems.
  • •Communicate job details and status clearly with clients, managers, and team members.
  • •Maintain a neat, orderly worksite and follow all safety rules and regulations.
  • •Keep the work truck clean and organized and stocked with required equipment; assist other departments/technicians and participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •1+ years of experience in water damage restoration (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with water damage, mold, or fire damage restoration (preferred).
  • •Must be able to perform tasks while wearing required PPE and in outdoor and harsh indoor conditions.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record; must have on-call availability.
