Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers, building executive relationships and advising at key onboarding, adoption, and value realization milestones.
  • •Proactively guide customer journeys using predictive signals and standardized frameworks to identify milestones, adoption opportunities, and risks.
  • •Deliver value at scale for low-touch customers through curated outreach and Success-AI.
  • •Mitigate churn risk through early risk identification, intervention, escalation, and mitigation in collaboration with internal teams.
  • •Maintain operational excellence by keeping accurate records in Gainsight and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary: USD 146,412 - 230,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS roles, managing enterprise/strategic customer relationships.
  • •Drive adoption and business transformation within large global organizations.
  • •Lead executive stakeholder management and consultative engagement with program management experience.
