Senior Manager, IT

Lead and modernize Checkr’s internal IT function end-to-end, including core infrastructure and tools used daily across the organization. Own the IT Operations roadmap for identity, collaboration, and device management, build and develop a high-performing IT Operations team, and drive AI/automation to reduce manual toil. Partner with Information Security, Workplace, and Events to deliver secure, reliable support, and track IT operational health using SLAs, uptime, and employee satisfaction metrics.
