Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of privacy legal experts advising the business across the Americas region on data privacy and protection laws (including COPPA, CCPA, and other state and federal laws).
  • •Partner with the SIE Global Privacy Team to maintain and scale the global privacy program.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Information Security, IT, Marketing) to solve privacy and data issues while delivering exceptional entertainment experiences.
  • •Lead SIE’s response to evolving data protection laws, breach notification frameworks, and other laws impacting personal data processing in the United States, providing practical and strategic business guidance.
  • •Design, develop and implement data privacy policies, standards and processes to support SIE operations in the Americas region.
