Filialleiter Assistent / Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)

Support the Store Manager in running day-to-day store operations and leading the team. Drive store performance by delivering KPI targets, providing daily and weekly sales goals, and monitoring results through reports and action plans. Help control costs through stock management, payroll, admin, and rota planning. Inspire, coach, and develop team members, maintain strong visual standards, and take full store responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.
