Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary interface between the Client, Consultant, EPC Contractors, OEMs, and external stakeholders to lead governance and coordination.
  • •Establish project governance, reporting structures, responsibility matrices, and mobilize PMC resources across transmission line corridors, substations, and HVDC terminal facilities.
  • •Review contractor baselines (schedules, resource deployment, procurement, commissioning) and monitor progress against contractual milestones and KPIs, including recovery recommendations.
  • •Oversee technical interfaces and review critical engineering deliverables across transmission lines, substations, HVDC systems, civil works, protection systems, SCADA, and telecommunications.
  • •Manage quality, HSE, and risk activities (QMS, ITPs, risk registers, NCR closure) and lead completion reviews, handover, and submission of completion dossiers and as-builts.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of professional experience in transmission and substation infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven experience delivering EHV transmission line and substation projects.
  • •Demonstrated leadership of at least one major 400 kV or 765 kV transmission or substation project.
  • •Experience working as PMC, Owner's Engineer, Engineer's Representative, or EPC Project Manager.
  • •PMP, PMI, PRINCE2 (or equivalent) project management certification; familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
