Key Responsibilities

•Identify onboard worker US Person and citizenship status based on provided documentation.
•Communicate and partner with workers, sponsors and suppliers to ensure compliance with Global Trade requirements.
•Utilize SOP to process assigned work and meet operational goals.
•Maintain compliance with HR/Global Trade policies and procedures.
•Effectively manage and document assigned cases through ServiceNow.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,400 - 82,600 annually

Key Requirements

•HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
•Prior experience with Case Management tools (i.e.. ServiceNow).
•2+ years experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•U.S. Person verification experience and familiarity with HR/Global Trade compliance policies.
