Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify onboard worker US Person and citizenship status based on provided documentation.
  • •Communicate and partner with workers, sponsors and suppliers to ensure compliance with Global Trade requirements.
  • •Utilize SOP to process assigned work and meet operational goals.
  • •Maintain compliance with HR/Global Trade policies and procedures.
  • •Effectively manage and document assigned cases through ServiceNow.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.

  • •U.S. Person verification experience and familiarity with HR/Global Trade compliance policies.
