Lead and direct the store team to execute the company’s vision and values while maximizing store profitability. Drive sales toward store goals by tracking performance against key targets, modeling customer-focused selling behaviors, and ensuring strong execution of store merchandising, operations, staffing, and community engagement standards. Support the Store Manager with recruiting, coaching, training, supervision, and expense management, stepping in when needed to run the store in the manager’s absence.
