Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer security review end to end, serving as the single owner for infosec questionnaires, SIGs, CAIQs, vendor risk assessments, DPAs, and security addenda.
  • •Automate security review workflows by building an answer library, evidence repository, and tooling (including AI tooling) to reduce turnaround time while increasing volume.
  • •Own the company point of view on AI risk and regulation, tracking evolving requirements (e.g., EU AI Act, NYC LL144, GDPR, state AI/biometric laws) and keeping Sales/Product/leadership ahead.
  • •Represent Alex externally by leading security and AI governance conversations and creating trust center assets, security whitepapers, and AI governance documentation.
  • •Run compliance and audits by owning SOC 2, driving future roadmap items (ISO 27001, ISO 42001), managing auditors/penetration tests, and ensuring technical controls and incident response align with customer statements.

  • •Ability to become an expert on AI risk and regulation (EU AI Act, GDPR, NYC LL144, and other state/biometric laws) and translate changes into operational practices.
