Box Office Agent

Provide front-line customer service to ticket purchasers and conduct in-person ticket sales at the box office using the Ticketmaster Point of Sale system. Work with Archtics and TM Host, handle cash and credit card receipts, and organize “will-call” tickets for events in the Vancouver area. This part-time seasonal role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with schedules based on event needs.
