Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deliver scalable Open API-based integration solutions, reusable tools, and technical prototypes across commerce, fulfillment, and partner ecosystems.
  • •Partner with strategic merchants, ISVs, and internal engineering teams to design scalable integration patterns, reference architectures, and onboarding solutions.
  • •Analyze customer pain points, technical data, and platform metrics to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and scalable engineering improvements.
  • •Serve as technical owner and trusted advisor for complex customer integrations, providing deep guidance and helping resolve challenging scenarios.
  • •Build lightweight tools, automation, proof-of-concepts, and custom solutions; use SQL and technical investigation to troubleshoot issues and provide data-driven recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering experience building production systems, or equivalent hands-on experience in solution engineering or solution architecture.
  • •Strong programming skills in one or more general-purpose languages (Python, Java, Go, or C/C++) with the ability to build custom tools, automation, or prototypes.
  • •Strong SQL and analytical skills to investigate complex technical and business problems using data.
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders, including enterprise customers and business partners.
  • •Strong understanding of distributed systems, backend services, REST APIs, and integration patterns, including articulating technical tradeoffs.
