Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the North America and Europe event calendar end to end, from selection and budgeting through execution and post-event reporting.
  • •Run full event logistics, including venue/vendor contracts, booth design and production, shipping, registration, staffing, collateral, and lead capture.
  • •Lead on-site at flagship events and design executive-level experiences such as private dinners, CLO roundtables, advisory sessions, and receptions.
  • •Partner with Sales and SDRs on pre-event target lists, meeting scheduling, on-site coverage, and a defined post-event follow-up cadence.
  • •Report event performance against pipeline goals, manage sponsorship packages and organizer contracted benefits, and track spend against budget.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 6 years running B2B events at a technology company with direct ownership of trade shows and field programs.
  • •Experience tying event spend to pipeline and defending sourced/influenced attribution in pipeline reviews.
  • •Strong project management across many events, vendors, and internal stakeholders at once.
  • •Comfort working with senior executives, including staffing booths and hosting C-level attendees.
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot or Marketo, plus a project management system like Notion or Asana.
