Job Summary

Perform Windows-based application testing for business-critical users on an Azure-hosted desktop. Create test plans and cases, run functional/regression/performance checks, and reproduce and resolve defects end-to-end. Troubleshoot issues across Windows, applications, and desktop configuration, write user updates/technical notes, and coordinate with partner teams. Execute user migrations using a factory playbook and validate end-user functionality on NDS.Next desktops and key business apps.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform application testing, defect reproduction, and regression checks before and after migration.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, applications, and desktop environment configuration.

•Provide structured reporting on assigned workload (status, risks, blockers).
