Senior Subsea Well Intervention Engineer

Develop and evaluate subsea well intervention and well access solutions from concept through execution planning. Assess feasibility using offshore operational experience, including water depth, metocean conditions, subsea interfaces, tooling compatibility, and vessel requirements. Define intervention concepts across riser-based, riserless, light well intervention, and P&A scopes, collaborating with wells, subsea, marine, facilities, logistics, HSE, regulatory, and commercial teams. Support proposals and presentations with intervention feasibility, execution confidence, and lifecycle value.
