Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide product costing expertise during product creation cycles to advise on key cost drivers and options to maximize product value and meet margin targets.
  • •Deliver technical costing support for design for manufacturing and facilitate cross-functional discussions to maximize cost value with cross-functional teams.
  • •Create FOB & margin reports at milestones and analyze gaps/variations versus targets; follow up with leaders and product line managers.
  • •Drive or support projects to enhance costing processes and framework in collaboration with Brand, Product, and Global Operations.
  • •Maintain costing systems, standards, and policies end-to-end; support sourcing meetings and landed cost optimization and analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in footwear technology, manufacturing, engineering, business, or a technical degree as a footwear technician (or equivalent education, experience, and training).
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in footwear product costing.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of product, material construction and properties, and product pricing.
  • •Knowledge of the sporting goods industry, specializing in product costing, product development, or production.
  • •Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication plus negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
